Stiff grey pipe for pipelines conveying fluids under pressure
Produced according to the standard UNI EN ISO 1452-2 – Compliant with the health and hygiene measures of the Ministry of Health (Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 6 April 2004)
Plafondpress, compact PVC pipes equipped with Male – Female connection with spigot complete with elastomeric sealing gasket or gluing spigot in Dark Grey, RAL 7011 for the conveying of liquids under pressure.
The pipes are produced according to the standard UNI EN ISO 1452-2 in all nominal diameters between 16 and 630 mm and with all the wall thicknesses required by the standard, in compliance with all the nominal pressures, from PN6 to PN25, and in accordance with this standard they are certified by the Company Bureau Veritas.
These interconnected pipes with specific fittings form sub-horizontal underground lines and networks for the purpose of conveying white water or wastewater under pressure in agricultural, civil and industrial areas.
The pipes are ideal for the construction of water supply and distribution mains for human and animal consumption and are therefore certified for the conveying of potable water and food liquids in general, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 34 of the Ministry of Health dated 21-03-1973, Legislative Decree No. 174 of the Ministry of Health dated 06-04-2014, Reg. EC 1935/2004 and Reg. EC 1985/2005.
Continuous pipe sample-taking on the production lines followed by dimensional and analytical checks on the same in our in-house laboratory guarantee the constant quality of our materials.
Plafondpress pipes are manufactured with organic stabilisers that are totally free from heavy materials in full compliance with national and international standards on the preservation and protection of the environment.
Their totally smooth internal surface and high resistance to attack from the majority of chemical compounds guarantees the pipe an extremely low roughness coefficient which, remaining unvaried guarantees the pipe constant flow rates over time with savings on pumping costs compared to pipes with higher roughness coefficients, in line with current policies on reduced energy consumption.
